South Africa’s well established wine industry began over three hundred and sixty years ago. Governor of the Cape, Jan van Riebeeck, made this dairy entry on 2nd February 1659,
“Today, praise be to God, wine was made for the first time from Cape grapes.”

Game drives are conducted twice a day depending on the season, early morning as the sun slowly starts to light up the trees and the mountains and then again just before the sun dips on the horizon before sunset.
