• A daily conservation levy is included in the overall rate per night.
• The conservation levy will not appear as an itemised item on the invoice.
• This levy is used solely for the protection and preservation of Mont Eco Game Reserve’s rhinos and is charged as part of the per person per night rate.
• All rates are subject to change without prior notice.

• Provisional bookings during the holiday season (15 December – 07 January) (travelling dates) will be held for a maximum of 24 hours.
• Subject to availability, i.e.: should we have limited suites available, only confirmed bookings will be accepted.
• Bookings made less than 30 days prior to arrival, and deposit not paid in full will be held for a maximum of 48 hours.
• Bookings made 31 – 90 days prior to arrival, and deposit not paid in full will be held for a maximum of 7 consecutive days.
• Bookings made more than 90 days prior to arrival, and deposit not paid in full will be held for a maximum of 14 consecutive days.
• Should confirmation not be received by the given date, the booking will be automatically released and can only be reinstated subject to availability and on the basis that the booking is confirmed/guaranteed.
• Full names of guests travelling will be required to convert the status from provisional to confirmed. Name changes are not permitted once reservations have been confirmed.

• Children between the ages of 3 and 6 years are not permitted on the Game Drives unless an exclusive vehicle arrangement has been secured in advance. (This bears its own cost upon request.)
• Children under the age of 3 years are not permitted on any Game Drive for their own safety.
• Persons under the age of 14 years are not permitted on any walking safaris.
• Children may share accommodation with adults, depending on the availability of rooms with a day bed.
• The day bed can accommodate a maximum of one child.

Cots can accommodate a maximum of one infant.

• Rooms can accommodate a maximum of one cot and one day bed only.
• Rooms accommodating children sharing with parents contain one day bed per room.

At Mont Eco Game Reserve, we prioritize both the safety and satisfaction of our guests, while also considering the sustainability of our operations.

General Terms

• The cancellation policy applies in the event of a reduction in rooms. If one person in a shared room cancels, the remaining guest will be charged the single occupancy supplement.
• Cancellations must be made in writing and you are required to receive and acknowledgment from reservations. Failure to do so will result in full payment being required.
• Cancellations made more than 120 days before arrival: A 10% fee of the total value per room will be charged.
• Cancellations made between 120 and 90 days before arrival: A 50% fee of the total value per room will be charged.
• Cancellations made between 90 and 60 days before arrival: A 100% fee of the total value per room will be charged.

Force Majeure

• In the event of travel disruptions caused by wars, epidemics, or natural disasters, we have established the following guidelines to provide flexibility while ensuring the sustainability of our operations:
• All confirmed bookings with a deposit are non-refundable.
• If travel is rendered impossible due to any of the aforementioned circumstances, guests may reschedule their booking for a future date within 12 months of the original booking.
• Guests must inform Mont Eco Game Reserve in writing of their intent to reschedule within 14 days of the incident impacting travel. New travel dates are subject to availability.
• Deposits for confirmed bookings will be retained and applied to the rescheduled booking.
• Guests are encouraged to stay informed about any developments that may affect their travel plans.
