Game drives at Mont Eco Privé wildreservaat are an integral part of every overnight stay, offering guests an immersive and exclusive safari experience in the heart of the Klein Karoo. Guests enjoy two guided game drives daily, conducted at the most rewarding times of day. Morning drives depart early, as the first light touches the mountains and the bush comes alive. Afternoon drives set out later in the day, returning as the sun sets and nocturnal wildlife begins to stir.
To ensure comfort throughout the experience, soft blankets, refreshments, freshly brewed coffee, and on-drive snacks are provided. With limited vehicles on the reserve, every safari feels intimate and unrushed, often creating the sensation of having the wilderness entirely to yourself.
Game drives offer the opportunity to encounter the African Big Five, along with a diverse range of other wildlife and birdlife unique to the region. Each drive is shaped by the rhythms of nature, ensuring no two experiences are ever the same.
